The information was posted on the government procurement website. Initially, 128.2 million rubles were planned for the work. The customer was the MBU "GlavUKS". The school building was put into operation in 1961. It consists of three floors, with a basement located in the right wing. The project provides for a comprehensive update of the facility. Planned works include facade renovation, major roof repairs, and finishing works. Modernization of engineering systems is also planned: electrical supply, heating and ventilation, water supply and sewage will be updated, automatic fire alarm systems, notification and evacuation management systems will be installed, and video surveillance and communication networks will be mounted. Separate measures are included to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities. The work must be completed by August 1, 2027. Three applications were submitted for participation in the competition, all of which were recognized as meeting the procurement documentation requirements. The winner was the company that offered the lowest price - 114.7 million rubles. A contract has been signed with LLC "VK-Industry" from Bashkortostan. It was previously reported that the state expert examination approved the project for the construction of a school for 1,225 places in the village of Krutoy in the Kstovo district.
