Famous Nizhny Novgorod neurologist Elena Antipenko has died at the age of 62.

      On July 12, 2026, at 17:01, it was reported that the well-known Nizhny Novgorod neurologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Elena Antipenko, passed away at the age of 62. This was announced by medical expert Alexey Nikonov on his Telegram channel "Bokal presseka."

      Elena Albertovna Antipenko headed the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Narcology at the FPKV PIMU for many years. She also consulted patients at the N.A. Semashko Regional Hospital.

      Her medical experience spanned over 35 years. Elena Antipenko was a member of the expert council of the Russian Federation on botulinum therapy.
