Accelerated aging was detected in eight residents of Dzerzhinsk.

      On July 13, 2026, at 11:08 AM, Society In Dzerzhinsk, during the preventive campaign "Health Evening," dozens of hidden violations were identified among the residents. This was reported by Alexey Nikонов, the editor-in-chief of the medical portal "Statsionar-Press," on his Max channel. The event took place at the polyclinic No. 2 in Dzerzhinsk. Following the examination, three patients were referred for additional diagnostics with suspected skin and breast neoplasms. Participants in the campaign also received referrals for in-depth examinations due to serious risk factors. Elevated sugar levels were found in 16 individuals, and high cholesterol was detected in 21. Additionally, two others were found to have heart rhythm disturbances. Furthermore, eight residents were diagnosed with signs of accelerated biological aging and changes in body composition. Specialists from the local Health Center will continue to work with them.
