NNGASU is looking for contractors for the major renovation of dormitory No. 1 on Gogol Street.

      On July 10, 2026, at 19:00, the NNGASU Society published three requests for quotes in electronic form on the state procurement portal for the capital renovation of dormitory No. 1 on Gogol Street in Nizhny Novgorod. Applications for participation are accepted until July 16. The results are scheduled to be announced on July 17. The first contract concerns the renovation of part of the premises in the right wing on the 4th and 5th floors. The initial price is 8.2 million rubles. The second object is the vestibule group on the first floor. The cost of this work is estimated at 8.8 million rubles. The third procurement involves the capital renovation of part of the premises in the left wing on the 2nd to 5th floors. The initial price of the contract is 8.6 million rubles. Previously, the university held a competition for the capital renovation of window and door blocks made of PVC on the 2nd to 5th floors of the dormitory. The initial price of the procurement was almost 2 million rubles. The contract was awarded to LLC "PSK-Komplekt" for the amount of 1.5 million rubles. As reported earlier, selective capital renovation of dormitory No. 1 is being carried out as part of the federal program "Creating a Network of Modern Campuses" of the national project "Youth and Children." In 2026, nearly 100 million rubles are planned to be allocated for these purposes. The work is expected to begin in the middle of the third quarter and be completed by the end of the year. After modernization, the number of living rooms in the dormitory will increase from 92 to 165, and the total number of residents will reach 525 people.
