The investor bought a historic house near the Nizhny Novgorod IT campus.

      On July 10, 2026, at 17:40 Culture and Leisure, a valuable historical and urban planning asset was sold in Nizhny Novgorod - house No. 5 on Shevchenko Street. This was reported by Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov on his Max channel. He noted that the building, constructed in 1901, does not have the status of a cultural heritage site, but together with neighboring houses, it forms the historical appearance of the central part of the city. Nearby is the IT campus "NEIMARK." The auction took place on July 10. Three potential investors participated in the auction. The initial cost of the building was 7.2 million rubles. At the 17th step, the price increased more than twice - to 16.3 million rubles. The winner was "SZ NNDK 4." The new owner plans to integrate the house into the development of Shevchenko Street.

      "The company treats architectural monuments with due attention; it previously restored the Gusev estate (Slavyanskaya, 4a)," Polyakov noted.

      The Deputy Governor added that since the beginning of 2026, KP NO "Regnedvizhimost" has sold 13 properties of historical value. Recall that in September 2025, the first 18 hotels opened on the territory of the IT campus, where students are already residing. The infrastructure of the student town provides various accommodation formats - from single and double rooms to two-room blocks for three or four people. Each block is equipped with two bathrooms and a shower. Coworking spaces, public areas, underground parking for 110 cars, cafes, and shops are available to students. Cleaning, high-speed Wi-Fi, round-the-clock security, and concierge services are also provided. Additionally, an IT quarter is planned to be created near the campus, within the boundaries of Malaya Yamskaya, Ilyinskaya, Maslyakova, Bolshie Ovragi, and Pokhvalinsky descent streets.
