This was reported by the press service of the Rospotrebnadzor management for the Nizhny Novgorod region on July 8, 2026. The following violations were found in the cafe: Disinfectants are absent at the establishment; washing of dining utensils is carried out in a washing tub for kitchenware; The layout and size of the production premises of the public catering establishment "Mola mola", where the process of producing (manufacturing) food products takes place, do not ensure the sequence and flow of technological processes, excluding counterflows of raw materials and finished products, used and clean dishes, as well as the counter movement of visitors and staff involved in food preparation. On July 8, the Nizhny Novgorod District Court attracted individual entrepreneur Polozova A.M. to administrative responsibility under Article 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, imposing a penalty in the form of an administrative suspension of the activities of the public catering establishment "Mola mola" for a period of 70 days. The court's decision has not yet entered into legal force. It is worth noting that a criminal case was initiated after visitors were poisoned at this cafe. The victims were found to have salmonellosis.
