The fourth season of the "Women's Leadership" program has concluded.

      In the Nizhny Novgorod region, a closing ceremony for the fourth season of the educational program "Women's Leadership. Nizhny Novgorod Region" took place at the site of the Corporate University of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (KUPNO). As part of the event, the program participants presented a cross-country motorcycle to a hero of the special military operation. This is the 52nd vehicle sent by participants of KUPNO leadership projects for the needs of the special operation fighters.

      The Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Igor Pantyukhin, the head of the State Registry Office of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Olga Krasnova, and the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, chief physician of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "City Clinical Hospital No. 29", Yulia Garevskaya, addressed the participants with welcoming words. Senator of the Russian Federation Olga Shchetinina noted the significance of the project for unlocking women's potential and creating conditions for their professional and social development.

      Since February, 300 participants underwent in-person training under the guidance of federal and regional speakers. The program included three modules: "Leadership Without Borders," "Changing the World While Being a Woman," and "Women as a Source of Social Change." According to KUPNO Vice-Rector Maria Samodelkina, more than 20,000 applications were submitted for participation in the fourth season, from which 300 participants were selected. During the training, they implemented socially significant projects, provided humanitarian aid to participants of the special military operation, created sports and play areas in orphanages and social rehabilitation centers, and assisted children with cancer and people with disabilities.

      Among the implemented projects are the equipping of a kitchen for mobility-impaired residents of the "Nadezhda" social service home, the creation of a prayer room in the temporary residence center "Svetloe Ozero," the arrangement of a sports ground for patients of the "Golubaya Oka" sanatorium-rehabilitation center, and the creation of a multifunctional environment for occupational therapy and rehabilitation on the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Psychoneurological Hospital No. 3.

      As a result of the training, 140 winners of the program were identified. Participants who successfully completed their training received certificates of advanced training from KUPNO. The "Women's Leadership. Nizhny Novgorod Region" program is implemented by KUPNO with the support of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the presidential platform of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Russia - a Country of Opportunities." The project ambassadors are deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, women who are winners of the All-Russian Manager Competition "Leaders of Russia," top managers of companies and government institutions, and leaders of federal and regional public movements.
