A case has been opened under part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for "negligence." According to preliminary data, on July 7, on Selkorovskaya Street in Vorsma, a girl touched a downed power line and was electrocuted. The child received the necessary medical assistance.
