As reported by the head of the city of Arzamas, Alexander Shchelokov, the situation with electricity supply at 11:00 PM is as follows: about 5,500 people remain without power. Electricity has been restored in the settlements of Berezovka, Shershtino, Kozhino, Chuvarleika, and partially in Krasnoye. Additionally, power has been supplied via high-voltage lines of 10 kV to Kovaksa, Nikolskoye, and Pyavochnoe. However, difficulties persist in a number of villages and hamlets. The main problems are recorded in Vodovatovo, B. Tumanovo, Pyatnitsy, Zamyatino, Abramovo, Kirillovka, Kichanzino, Sliznevo, Verigino, Merlino, as well as partially in Chernukha, on Molodezhnaya Street in Bebyayevo, and on certain streets in Shatovka. In the city itself, the number of outages is relatively small. To expedite repair work, emergency crews from RES "Rosseti" have promptly arrived from Perevoz, two from Shatki, and one from Uren. More reinforcements are expected to arrive. Specialists are working on a priority basis — "from larger to smaller." First, issues concerning the main 10 kV lines that supply entire settlements are being addressed. After that, crews move on to requests for 0.4 kV networks (these are the lines that go directly to homes and streets; if you see a broken wire near your house, it refers to this voltage level).
