Nizhny Novgorod residents are invited to participate in the anti-drug campaign.

      On July 4, 2026, at 10:06 AM, Society The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs is conducting the campaign "The Incentive of Dreams is You!" from June 26 to July 10, 2026, in connection with the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. As part of the initiative, a nationwide competition "The Incentive of Dreams is You!" will also take place. Young citizens of Russia aged 18 to 35 are invited to participate.

      To join the campaign, it is necessary to post a publication, story, or short video on your personal account on the social network "VKontakte." The key requirement is to express your own position: what motivates you to move forward, what life guidelines and activities can serve as a real alternative to the use of psychoactive substances, as well as a personal call to refuse their use and distribution.

      In order for the work to be included in the competition program, the publication must be accompanied by two mandatory hashtags: #AgainstDrugs2026 and #TheIncentiveOfMyDreams2026. This will allow the organizers to record the materials, and the audience to more easily find the stories of participants and their personal statements about choosing a healthy lifestyle and conscious decisions.
