The accused of fraud, Krasnokutsky, has been placed under house arrest.

      On July 1, 2026, at 17:10, Incidents: Former employee of the GC "Real-Invest" Leonid Krasnokutskiy, who is accused of fraud, has been placed under house arrest. This was reported to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court. According to the investigation, the accused presented fictitious documents to the customer regarding the disposal of sleepers left after the reconstruction of tram tracks in Nizhny Novgorod. Based on these acts, the company received over 19 million rubles for work on the disposal of waste of the 3rd hazard class, which was not actually carried out. The investigation believes that the man disposed of the funds at his discretion. This concerns financing allocated for the replacement of tram tracks in Nizhny Novgorod as part of the federal project "Development of Public Transport" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life." By the ruling of the Moscow District Court of Nizhny Novgorod dated July 1, 2026, Krasnokutskiy has been placed under house arrest until August 25 inclusive. The ruling has not yet entered into legal force. It was previously reported that the measure of restraint for former General Director of JSC "Teploenergo" Ilya Khalturin was changed.
