More than 23 million were recovered from the Nizhny Novgorod company for the disruption of work on the FSB museum.

      On July 1, 2026, at 15:49, the Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region satisfied two claims from the ANO "Center 800" against LLC "Standard" regarding the creation of a museum of the personnel training system of state security agencies in Nizhny Novgorod. The information is contained in the case file.

      The first dispute concerned a contract dated June 27, 2024, for the preparation of premises for the museum on the third floor of the FSB Institute building. The price of the agreement was 23 million rubles, of which the contractor received an advance of 18.4 million rubles. The company was to complete the work by December 2024. However, as the plaintiff indicated, this was not done.

      To determine the actual work performed, the ANO had to conduct an examination, which showed that the actual work performed was worth 10.35 million rubles. After this, the customer sent LLC "Standard" a notice of contract termination.

      The court recovered the unearned advance in the amount of 8.05 million rubles, as well as 795.9 thousand rubles in penalties, 480.8 thousand rubles in interest, 151.2 thousand rubles in examination costs, and 309.4 thousand rubles in state duty.

      The second claim is related to a supply contract dated October 10, 2024, for the manufacture and supply of special exhibition furniture and equipment for the same museum. The contract price was 13.95 million rubles.

      "Center 800" paid an advance of 9.76 million rubles, but the goods never arrived. After refusing the contract, the organization turned to the court.

      As a result, the court ruled to return the prepayment and also recovered 2.87 million rubles in penalties and 265.3 thousand rubles in interest, as well as 343.7 thousand rubles in state duty.

      Both decisions have not yet entered into legal force.
