This conclusion was reached by specialists from Avito Work, who analyzed the production calendar for 2026. Vacation pay is calculated based on earnings from the previous 12 months. If an employee plans to take a break in July 2026, the income from July 2025 to June 2026 will be taken into account. From a financial perspective, it is more advantageous to take vacation in months with more working days. In July 2026, there will be 23 working days. For example, experts considered an employee with a salary of 100,000 rubles per month. With an annual income of 1.2 million rubles, the average daily earnings will be 3,412.97 rubles. The calculations use the average monthly number of calendar days - 29.3. In the case of vacation from July 13 to July 26, 2026, it will include 10 working days, while 13 will remain outside of vacation. The cost of one working day in July will be 4,347.82 rubles. Thus, for 13 worked days, the employee will receive 56,521.74 rubles. Vacation pay for 14 calendar days will amount to 47,781.58 rubles. In total, the income for the month will reach 104,303.32 rubles - this is more than the usual salary. If August is chosen, the total income will be slightly lower - 100,161.95 rubles. Nevertheless, a summer vacation allows for rest without salary losses in any case. The vacation can be extended without reducing income. For example, by using days off for work on weekends, holidays, or overtime - one additional working day can be exchanged for a day off and added to the vacation. Another option is an additional paid day for blood donors. If it is not used, it can also be added to the vacation without shortening its duration.
