      The group of companies "Kronverk" and the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region have begun developing a comprehensive territory development project (CTDP) at the initiative of the rights holder in Novinki. The new quarter, covering more than 200 hectares, will combine the residential complex "Oksky Bereg" from the sides of Bogorodsk and Arzamas. The state, represented by the agent of PJSC "DOM.RF", conducted the bidding. The winner was the Saratov developer "Kronverk" through the affiliated Moscow company LLC "UNO". The Minister of Urban Development and Agglomeration of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Darya Shunaeva, noted that the development of the territory involves phased work with the participation of authorities at various levels and residents. The concept provides for mid-rise construction and the formation of a sustainable urban environment, taking into account existing infrastructure constraints. According to the approved planning project in 2023, about 1.6 million square meters of housing is planned to be built on the territory. The infrastructure will include six kindergartens, three schools, a fire station, a physical culture and health complex, two adult and one children's clinics. Some facilities have already been commissioned — a school, a kindergarten, and an adult clinic. The investor will transfer new social facilities to state and municipal ownership. The General Director of LLC "UNO", Kristina Pleshkova, reported that after the completion of the project, the population will be about 70,000 people. The construction will be implemented according to the principle of a "15-minute city". Active development of the site is planned to begin at the end of 2026 — beginning of 2027. Currently, design work is underway, including the development of a master plan and clarification of planning solutions. The developer has expressed readiness to consider residents' proposals. The Director of the Construction and Design Department of the "Kronverk" Group of Companies, Anton Barsukov, reported that the features of the terrain are planned to be used in the formation of cascading solutions and underground parking. The project includes alleys with non-residential premises, public spaces, as well as stroller and bicycle zones for public use.

      The "Kronverk" Group of Companies has been operating in the construction market for over 25 years. The company employs more than 2,000 specialists. Among the completed projects is the comprehensive development of the territory in Saratov, where a residential complex of about 300,000 square meters has been built.
