The Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Gleb Nikitin, has decided to provide additional monetary incentives for reservists of the "BARS-NN" unit. For each destroyed UAV, a reservist will receive 100,000 rubles. Additionally, in accordance with the Governor's decree, additional payments have been introduced for the "BARS-NN" reservists in the region - during training periods, in addition to the preserved average monthly salary from their employer, the fighters receive monthly payments from the Ministry of Defense of Russia starting from 20,000 rubles and more (depending on their military position and rank) and a regional supplement of 50,000 rubles. It should be noted that being part of the "BARS-NN" reserve does not involve deployment to the special military operation zone and takes place only within the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Recruitment into the reserve is conducted on a voluntary basis through military enlistment offices of municipal formations by signing a contract with the Ministry of Defense of Russia through the commander of the military unit. A distinctive feature of the contract is the ability to combine primary civilian work with military training and drills. Throughout the contract period, reservists are provided with monetary support, modern equipment, and uniforms. During special training sessions, participants retain their jobs and salaries, and they are provided with life and health insurance, medical assistance, and free meals. Furthermore, by the decree of Governor Gleb Nikitin, additional social support measures have been established for Nizhny Novgorod residents in the mobilization reserve "BARS-NN" and their family members. For children - free kindergarten, school meals, sports sections and extended day groups, subsidized vouchers to camps and sanatoriums in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. There is a priority right for transferring a child to a school near their home. The entire family of the reservist is guaranteed priority access to free medical assistance under the State Guarantees Program for providing medical assistance to the population of the Nizhny Novgorod Region for the current year.
