      June 26, 2026 15:33 Politics President of Russia Vladimir Putin, in his address to the participants of the XIII Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus, noted the contribution of the Nizhny Novgorod region to the development of industrial cooperation between the two countries. The head of state emphasized that Belarusian civil aviation enterprises are collaborating with an interregional cluster that includes several regions, including the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      "Production cooperation has been established between Belarusian civil aviation factories and the interregional cluster of Irkutsk, Ulyanovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, and Voronezh regions, which is engaged in the production of the MC-21 and Sukhoi Superjet-100 aircraft. Leading Belarusian factories 'Integral' and 'Planar' supply components for electronics production in Tatarstan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Moscow regions," said the president.

      The president emphasized that the connections between the regions are one of the main driving forces of the partnership between Russia and Belarus and serve as a solid foundation for the development of cooperation in various fields.
