      Three people were rescued by emergency services specialists in Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported on social networks by Mayor Yuri Shalabaev. On June 12, a teenager jumped unsuccessfully from a bridge into the water and sustained a head injury. Rescuers Yuri Morozov and Artem Solovyov were on duty at the scene. They helped the 17-year-old boy get to the shore, provided first aid, and handed him over to medical personnel. The injured person is now doing fine. In the first month of summer, rescuers also managed to prevent two more tragedies. Two men were swimming outside the safe beach zone and suddenly began to drown. Eyewitnesses called emergency services at number 112 and attempted to help on their own. The rescuers who arrived at the scene brought the drowning men to the shore and handed them over to the ambulance team. Both men survived.
