Nizhny Novgorod poultry farm joined the federal project "Labor Productivity"

      The poultry farm "Vyksunskoye" has become the 323rd participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy" in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Experts from the regional competence center (RCC) will implement lean production tools at the factory. The poultry farm "Vyksunskoye" is one of the leading agro-industrial companies in the region, specializing in the production of table chicken eggs. Since 2023, the factory has been part of the agricultural holding "Russian Field." "More than 40% of participants in the federal project 'Labor Productivity' in the region are from the districts of the region. The fifth Vyksun organization to implement lean production tools is the poultry farm 'Vyksunskoye.' Previously, participants in the federal project in the municipality included companies from the foundry and construction industries, as well as manufacturers of medical instruments, machinery, and equipment for the extraction of mineral resources," said Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Over six months, RCC specialists will work at the poultry farm alongside the company's team. They will identify a pilot flow, analyze it, and propose solutions for process improvement with subsequent implementation. The competence center experts will also train the poultry farm employees in the basics of lean production. Earlier, five Nizhny Novgorod enterprises engaged in the breeding of agricultural poultry joined the federal project "Labor Productivity." To become a participant in the project, one must submit an application on the IT platform: productivity.rf. From 2019 to 2024, such support measures were implemented as part of the national project "Labor Productivity," and from 2025, as part of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." It includes federal projects "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship," "Labor Productivity," "Increasing Investment Activity," "Low-Carbon Development," "Development of Technological Entrepreneurship," "Development of the Financial Market," and "Development of Competition."
