      June 23, 2026 16:48 Economy Experts from the Regional Competence Center (RCC) together with employees of LLC "NNDK General Contractor" summarized the results of implementing lean technology tools at the enterprise as part of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." The company specializes in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The process of receiving and transferring shared construction facilities in the residential complex was chosen as the pilot flow. "RCC experts conducted an audit and identified eight problems in the flow, for each of which solutions were proposed. For example, the enterprise standardized the process of checking the readiness of the facility, established internal control over the timelines for addressing comments, and integrated accounting and management systems. These and other innovations by RCC experts and the company's project team allowed reducing the time for the process of receiving and transferring shared construction facilities in the residential complex by 17 percent and increasing productivity in the pilot flow by 49 percent," said Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. RCC experts also trained 14 company employees in lean technologies and prepared three internal trainers. In the Nizhny Novgorod Region, lean technologies are being implemented by eight construction companies. A total of 322 regional companies are participants in the federal project "Labor Productivity."
