During her pregnancy, Elena was additionally paid 10,000 rubles a month. The eldest son was admitted to college without entrance exams, and the three younger children attend kindergarten for free. In addition, the family is reimbursed 50% of their housing and utility expenses. The children are also provided with free meals and after-school care at school, subsidized vouchers for children's camps and sanatoriums, and many other measures. Last year, the family was provided with a plot of land. They plan to start developing it after Sergey returns home.
