The FOC project on Rodionova has once again received a positive conclusion from the state expert examination.

      The repeated project for the construction of a physical culture and health complex on Rodionova Street in Nizhny Novgorod has successfully passed the state examination. The relevant information was published in the GIS EGRZ system on June 19, 2026.

      The project documentation and the results of engineering surveys were checked by the State Autonomous Institution of Nizhny Novgorod "Management of State Expertise of Project Documentation and Results of Engineering Surveys." Following the review, the agency issued a positive conclusion.

      The customer for the work is LLC "Second Nizhny Novgorod Sports Infrastructure." The project was prepared by JSC "Specialized Developer of Nizhny Novgorod Region 'Directorate for Construction.'"

      This is not the first examination of the physical culture complex project on Rodionova Street. The previous review of the documentation took place in May 2025 and also received a positive conclusion. At that time, the project was developed by LLC "Engineering Systems and Networks" and LLC "Nizhny Novgorod Sanitary Engineering Project."

      A repeated state examination is required in cases where changes are made to the project or its cost is adjusted.

      Recall that the physical culture complex is being built on the site of an unfinished complex, the construction of which the company "Region-NN" began back in 2014. Due to financial difficulties of the concessionaire, the project was suspended, and the facility was transferred to the balance of the Nizhny Novgorod region. In October 2025, construction resumed, and the implementation of the project will amount to 1.3 billion rubles. There are three sources of funding: the federal and regional budgets, as well as investor funds.
