      The average salary of young people in the Nizhny Novgorod region is about 37 thousand rubles. This data was announced by the Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development of the region, Igor Pantyukhin, at a press conference at the Nizhny Novgorod Information Center on June 19. According to him, when assessing this indicator, it is necessary to consider that many young people work part-time. The minister reminded that the duration of working hours for minors depends on age and labor legislation requirements. At the same time, Pantyukhin believes that the current earnings level of young workers is competitive, taking into account part-time employment. "If we consider that the average salary in the region is approaching 80 thousand rubles, then for students this is a fairly decent income level," the minister noted. The greatest interest among young Nizhny Novgorod residents today is in professions in the field of information technology, tourism, public catering, and services. Acting Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center "Work of Russia," Elena Vidyaeva, noted that young people are also interested in modern industrial enterprises. The Minister of Youth Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Svetlana Anufrieva, in turn, emphasized that the widespread stereotype of youth striving exclusively for the profession of a blogger does not correspond to reality. According to her, young people are ready to develop in a variety of fields, and modern career guidance formats help them better understand future career opportunities while still in school and university. Earlier, it was reported that employers in the Nizhny Novgorod region need 38 thousand employees. Recall that on June 26, the Federal stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair "Work of Russia.
