Nizhny Novgorod authorities subsidize flights to Minsk.

      June 19, 2026 14:14 Society The Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has approved the procedure for providing subsidies to the airline "Aeroflot" for the operation of international flights on the route Nizhny Novgorod - Minsk. The carrier will receive funds from the regional budget, according to the published resolution. The maximum subsidy amount for one round trip is set at 1.4 million rubles. It should be noted that air communication between Nizhny Novgorod and the capital of Belarus will be carried out three times a week. Airbus A320 aircraft are planned to be used for the flights.
