The thematic day "Capital of Sunsets. Code of Traditions" will take place in Nizhny Novgorod on June 20.

      On June 20, in Nizhny Novgorod, in Sverdlov Square, from 12:00 to 20:00, as part of the musical multi-genre festival "Capital of Sunsets" (16+), a themed day "Capital of Sunsets. Code of Traditions" will take place.

      The event (12+) will be dedicated to the cultural diversity of the peoples of Russia, their traditions, customs, and modern forms of creativity. The event will bring together residents and guests of the city of different ages, providing an opportunity to learn about the cultural heritage of various regions of the country and participate in interactive activities. A rich program will be organized for guests, including musical accompaniment, sports activities, workshops, and a fair of handmade products.

      Music will be played on the stage throughout the day, and the evening will conclude with a musical program featuring DJs from the Creative Competence Center "Height," as well as a performance by DJ NEFEDOV.

      In the park area, until 19:00, gaming and sports activities will be available: giant Jenga, lapta, table tennis, as well as sports equipment for active recreation—jump ropes, badminton, and frisbee. Additionally, an intensive strength warm-up will be held for all willing participants.

      Workshops will hold a special place in the program. Within the framework of the "Tea Workshop," participants will learn about the tea traditions of various regions of Russia and create their own unique tea blend from herbs and plants of Altai, Siberia, and other territories of the country. Guests will also be able to participate in a workshop on creating decorative phone accessories from beads, carabiners, ropes, and decorative fittings. In the second half of the day, board games will be organized on the site with the support of project partners.

      One of the central attractions will be an ancient weaving loom. Guests will be able to try their hand as apprentices, work at the loom under the guidance of a master, and learn about the traditions of hand weaving that have been passed down from generation to generation for centuries.

      Throughout the day, a crafts fair will operate, bringing together producers of author products and artisanal goods. Visitors will be able to get acquainted with the works of masters in wood, ceramics, hand weaving, artistic painting, jewelry making, leather goods, glass, and other traditional materials.
