More than 77 thousand people attended the first festival "At One Table" in Nizhny Novgorod.
On June 15, 2026, at 18:43, Society. From June 12 to 14, in honor of Russia Day, the food festival "At One Table" (0+) took place for the first time in the "Switzerland" park of Nizhny Novgorod, attracting over 77,000 visitors over three days. This major gastronomic event brought together leading restaurant projects from the city, hospitality industry specialists, local artists, and sports enthusiasts. The project was implemented by the Association of Restaurateurs of the Nizhny Novgorod Region with the support of the Nizhny Novgorod administration. The co-organizer was the "Rating" agency, and the gastronomic partner of the festival was SPAR. The main flavor of the festival was "Pavlovskaya Chicken."
Throughout the three days, guests of the "At One Table" festival visited several themed areas. The main stage featured performances by Nizhny Novgorod musicians, dancers, and theater projects. The headliners on the first day were the band "Moral Code," and on the second day, the band "Medzhikul."
The main gastronomic events unfolded on the culinary stage. Here, leading chefs from Nizhny Novgorod set a 100-meter table over three days and treated festival guests to their signature dishes. At 16:00 on June 12, a performance titled "Unity of Peoples at One Table" took place—a large lunch symbolizing the unity of the peoples of Russia. Honored guests, restaurateurs, farmers, media representatives, and festival partners gathered at the 100-meter table. Alongside them were representatives of diasporas and national communities who prepared over 100 dishes for the grand lunch. Renowned chefs from Nizhny Novgorod also showcased their experiments on the theme of national cuisines.
In the restaurant courtyard, well-known cafes, restaurants, and bars, as well as local farmers, presented their dishes and products. In the picnic area, guests could try food cooked over an open fire, participate in activities at partner festival sites, and take photos at the main photo zone "Map of Tastes of Russia." A total of 25 restaurant projects and 15 local farmers participated in the festival.
At the "Physical Culture Sports City" site, tournaments in tennis and football were held, as well as master classes from instructors in yoga, stretching, pilates, and other disciplines. The "Vega" center served as a venue for a business program involving representatives from the business and hospitality sectors, and children's master classes in cooking were also held there.
Additionally, as part of the festival, the "Ethno Run" took place. Participants ran distances of 5 and 10 km, with separate children's starts organized, and the main event was a race in national costumes over 1 km. The "Ethno Run" gathered over 1,000 participants and their supporters at the "Switzerland" park site.
"Over three days, tens of thousands of people passed through the city food festival 'At One Table.' But the main result was not the numbers and records, but the thousands of people who smiled at each other, got to know one another, and felt like part of one big country. This is exactly why we gathered everyone at our festival. One hundred meters of table turned out to be much more than one hundred meters of wood and benches. They became a symbol of how people are united by live communication, common traditions, and simple human hospitality. The hospitality industry cannot be developed in isolation. This festival became a meeting place for the entire industry—from culinary college students to owners of the largest restaurant groups. Such projects form a professional community, create new partnerships, and make the Nizhny Novgorod region one of the most interesting gastronomic regions in the country," noted Alexey Belyaev, director of the Association of Restaurateurs of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
