The chief physician of the City Polyclinic No. 30, Lyubov Trefilova, noted that the institution is equipped with everything necessary for a deep analysis of the state of a healthy person's body. "Bioimpedance analysis will assess body composition, determining the percentage of fat, muscle tissue, and water. Spirometry and a smoke analyzer will evaluate external respiratory function and the composition of exhaled air, which is especially important for smokers," said Lyubov Trefilova. Additionally, doctors have the capability to analyze vascular conditions and identify risks of cardiovascular diseases based on the ankle-brachial index. After the examination, the doctor interprets the obtained data and develops a personalized plan for dietary correction, levels of physical activity, and prevention of chronic diseases. According to the Ministry of Health of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the regional healthcare system actively supports the trend of preserving health and achieving active longevity. The focus in training qualified primary care physicians is largely determined by the preventive direction, which allows providing Nizhny Novgorod residents with quality and modern medical assistance. The work of the center is organized within the framework of the implementation of the people's program of the "United Russia" party, one of the key priorities of which is caring for citizens' health. "The opening of the Health Center at the 30th polyclinic makes prevention and early diagnosis accessible to residents of the Soviet district. It is important that at the institution, one can undergo a full range of examinations for free, under the compulsory health insurance policy. It is especially valuable that the patient receives not only the results but also individual recommendations from the doctor regarding nutrition and physical activity," noted Yuri Balashov, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, a member of the "United Russia" faction. The examination at the Health Center is conducted free of charge with the presence of a compulsory health insurance policy. Registration is carried out electronically through the "Patient Portal of the Nizhny Novgorod Region." It should be added that currently, there are 15 Health Centers for adults operating in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, 7 of which are located in Nizhny Novgorod.
