      On June 15, 2026, at 10:11, the Economy of the Nizhny Novgorod region has become one of the leaders among Russian regions in terms of growth in average offered salaries in spring 2026, reported the press service of the "Avito Work" service. Compared to the same period last year, this indicator in the region increased by 42% and reached an average offered salary of 83,185 rubles per month. Analysts note that significant growth has been recorded in several subjects of the country. Special attention is drawn to agriculture - the sector has become one of the most dynamic in all leading regions. Thus, the Nizhny Novgorod region ranked sixth in the rating. It was topped by the Penza region (growth of 50% and a salary of 81,012 rubles), Primorsky Krai (48% and 94,270 rubles), Ryazan region (44% and 81,237 rubles), Krasnoyarsk Krai (44% and 79,078 rubles), as well as Tula region (43% and 84,491 rubles). Specialists clarified that income offers are average values from the salary ranges indicated by employers in job postings on the platform. The actual level of earnings may depend on the region of employment, work schedule, candidate qualifications, experience, and the specifics of the particular company.
