"Т Плюс" increases the reliability of the main heating networks in Dzerzhinsk.

      On June 15, 2026, at 14:02, the Nizhny Novgorod branch of "T Plus" is reconstructing pavilion No. 5 of the main heating networks in Dzerzhinsk. Specialists have begun to install the foundation of the new facility on Popova Street, which will be built on the site of the decommissioned and demolished production building. The implementation of the project, costing 28.5 million rubles, will enhance the reliability and quality of heating supply for the city's residents.

      The heating main pavilion is an important element of the heating supply system, where the distribution of network water flows coming to the city from the Dzerzhinsk CHPP takes place. Heat engineers will replace all equipment in the pavilion and sections of pipelines at the entrance and exit. Instead of massive valves, modern electric actuated gates for control from the heating network dispatch center and devices for monitoring the parameters of the heat carrier will be installed in the new modular building. The pavilion will operate in automatic mode.

      "In fact, a new facility equipped with advanced technology is being built in place of the old one. It will be put into operation by the beginning of the heating period of 2026/27," noted Irina Gneusheva, director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of "T Plus."

      Hot water will be supplied to consumers according to a temporary scheme during the work.

      From 2021 to 2025, "T Plus" completely updated four pavilions of the main heating networks in Dzerzhinsk. There are a total of seven such facilities in the city.
