The application process for the second stream of "More than a Blogger" has started.

June 14, 2026 09:25 Society The acceptance of applications for the second stream of the "More than a Blogger" project (12+) has begun. Its participants will gain access to a media intensive, where they will learn to create vibrant photos, videos, and texts for their blog, discover the nuances of working on camera and interviewing. Everyone interested will participate in a competition of posts about traveling in Russia, and the 70 best authors of the stream will receive branded merchandise from the Rosmolodyozh program "More than a Journey" and a chance to popularize their story. Applications are accepted on the official website until August 31 inclusive. The initiative is implemented as part of the national project "Youth and Children." Citizens of the Russian Federation aged 12 and older, as well as foreigners residing in our country, can become participants. To do this, it is necessary to fill out an application on the project page and choose a participation format. There are two formats: with media intensive training and a competitive stage, and without preliminary training, where the participant immediately performs the competitive task - telling about their journey in Russia on social networks. If the format with media intensive training is chosen, one must wait for a letter with an invitation to the educational portal, complete all four online modules: "Photography Mastery," "Video Shooting and Public Speaking," "Text Creation Mastery," "Preparation and Conducting Interviews." Additional video lessons on mobile photography will also be available to listeners. Upon completing the online course, the participant will receive a certificate of training and additional points when evaluating the competitive work if they successfully pass the final testing. If the format without intensive training is chosen, the participant immediately proceeds to perform the task. They need to share a story about their journey in Russia on social networks. In the post, it is important to talk not only about visiting attractions but also about gaining new knowledge and socially useful activities during the trip. The post must be published on the social network "VKontakte" or in "MAX." It is important to provide a link to the publication in a special results collection form (which will be sent to the email specified when submitting the application). A mandatory condition for participation in the project is an account open for viewing (throughout the entire duration of the project) and a subscription to the program's communities. More than 1,000 people participated in the first stream. Currently, the works of the participants of the first stream are being evaluated by experts. The winner of the "More than a Review" competition, which has transformed into the "More than a Blogger" project this season, Natalia Churina, recalls her experience. This year, she became one of the experts and shared her advice. "My first trip under the Rosmolodyozh program 'More than a Journey' was a tour to Volgograd. There, where everything is permeated with history. This inspired me to shoot a video about Mamaev Kurgan. During the preparation of the competitive work, the main thing is not to procrastinate and gather all the footage into one folder, process the photos, and share them with friends on social networks. This formula will lead to success, as it happened to me when I made it into the top ten," says Natalia Churina. Winners will receive branded merchandise from the program, which will be useful for future trips. The best competitive works will be included in a digital catalog - thus, the stories of participants will be known throughout the country. Information about the organizers, the full rules of the project and the competitive part, the procedure, deadlines for determining winners, and receiving incentive prizes is posted in the regulations.
