A tourist from Nizhny Novgorod was rescued by emergency services in Karachay-Cherkessia.

      June 13, 2026 10:55 Society Rescuers from the V. M. Dzerayev Search and Rescue Team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Karachay-Cherkessia came to the aid of a tourist who was injured after falling from a snowy slope in the area of the Fedoseev Pass. This was reported by the press service of the agency. According to operational information, the incident occurred with a man from Nizhny Novgorod, who was part of a tourist group. However, he did not register his route with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which complicated the coordination of rescue efforts. Upon arrival at the scene, rescuers promptly provided first aid to the victim, stabilized his condition, and then brought him down to the village of Arkhyz. There, the man was handed over to local medical specialists for further treatment. Thanks to the coordinated work and professionalism of the rescuers, the tourist's life was saved, and his health is no longer in danger.
