The "Dolphin" pool in Nizhny Novgorod will be completely renovated for 55 million rubles.

      On June 11, 2026, at 17:00, Society More than 55 million rubles are planned to be allocated for the capital repair of the water supply and water treatment system in the "Dolphin" pool in Nizhny Novgorod. The information is posted on the government procurement website. The work will take place in the building of GAOU DO "NOSSHOR "Dolphin" at the address: Gagarin Avenue, 25. The maximum price of the contract is 55,338,780 rubles. Applications for participation in the procurement are accepted until June 29. The results of the competition will be announced on July 3. The repair is planned to start in July. In September, commissioning work and the launch of the updated water treatment system are scheduled. The project provides for the capital repair of the water supply, filtration, recirculation, and water treatment system located in the basement under the pool basin. The work will be divided into several stages, including preparatory activities, dismantling of old equipment, and subsequent installation of new equipment. During the preparatory stage, the complex will be closed for reconstruction, the pool will be drained, the equipment will be de-energized, and the water supply will be shut off. After that, dismantling will begin. The contractor will have to completely disassemble the existing water treatment system, including filters, pumps, pipelines, heat exchangers, an automatic dosing station, as well as electrical supply elements. Some equipment will be cut and removed from the premises. The total length of the dismantled steel pipelines will be about 380 linear meters. The removal of construction debris is also provided for. After clearing the site, the installation of new equipment will begin. Modern filters, circulation pumps, heat exchangers, an automatic dosing station, and a system for ultraviolet water treatment will be installed in the basement. In addition, a new accumulator tank with a volume of almost 80 cubic meters will be installed. The project includes the installation of a new power supply system, the laying of cable lines and pipelines of various diameters, and the installation of shut-off valves, check valves, and water metering units. The final stage will be commissioning work. Specialized chemicals for water treatment will be used during the system launch. The deadlines for the work are defined by the schedule and cover the period from July to September 2026.
