According to the Yandex Maps service, road congestion reached 9 points. Traditionally, the most difficult situation has developed in the city center. Traffic is hindered on Belinsky, Zvezdinka, and Ilyinskaya streets, as well as on Gorky and Lyadov squares. Serious traffic jams have formed on the Oka exit towards Lyadov Square, on Varvarskaya Street, the Nizhnevolzhskaya embankment, Vaneev Street, and Gagarin Avenue. Transport has practically come to a standstill on all four bridges connecting the upper and lower parts of the city. Streets marked in burgundy include Sergei Akimov, Kuybyshev, Burnakovskaya, Karl Marx, and Meshchersky Boulevard towards the Bor Bridge. Residents are mass trying to leave Nizhny Novgorod due to the long weekend for Russia Day. Difficulties are also observed on another exit from the city towards Olgino.
