      June 8, 2026 10:23 Economy The Nizhny Novgorod region ranked 35th in the rating of Russian regions for gasoline availability. The study was conducted by analysts from RIA Novosti. According to the calculations, the net average salary in the Nizhny Novgorod region is enough for 1130 liters of AI-92 gasoline. In April, one liter of fuel, which increased in price by 12.3% over the year in the region, cost about 63 rubles. The top three in the ranking were Moscow (2533 liters), Chukotka (2500 liters), and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (2400 liters). At the bottom of the list were the Republics of Dagestan (681 liters), Chechnya (670 liters), and Ingushetia (638 liters). In turn, the average resident of Russia can purchase 1405 liters of gasoline with their entire monthly salary. Over the year, fuel prices in the country increased by 12.5%.
