This was reported by the press service of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court. The man owns the basement premises in this building. Nearby, he rented a plot—first for storing building materials, then for equipment and cargo. As a result, he erected a capital structure, and an entrance group appeared to the basement.

The Pavlov City Court agreed with the arguments of the supervisory authority. The court's decision has not yet entered into legal force.
