Nizhny Novgorod residents are invited to become lecturers of the "Knowledge" society.

On June 7, 2026, at 10:15, the Russian Society "Knowledge" launched a privilege system for its lecturers at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Participants in the program will gain access to unique opportunities, ranging from free travel to nominations for state awards. To become a lecturer for the Society "Knowledge," one can apply on the official website. The privilege system is being implemented as part of the national project "Youth and Children."

The program provides official recognition of achievements in education: a lecturer certificate from the Society "Knowledge," letters of appreciation from "Knowledge" and the leadership of the educational organization. The most active lecturers will be nominated for public, regional, and federal state awards.

One of the key areas will be supporting the professional growth of lecturers. Educators will be able to participate in selections for closed educational programs at the "Mashuk" Knowledge Center, gain access to a closed public speaking course at "Knowledge.Academy," and receive invitations to closed events of the Society "Knowledge" and its partners.

The privilege system opens additional opportunities for promoting the personal brand of the lecturer. Among these are the publication of profiles on the Society "Knowledge" website and providing expert comments upon requests from the media.

Participants in the program will receive commemorative gift sets with the Society "Knowledge" branding. Top-category lecturers will also be able to receive a week-long voucher to the "Knowledge" health resort complex and a certificate for a trip from the Rosmolodyozh program "More than a Journey."

"For 5 years, the Society 'Knowledge' has united 32,000 lecturers from all over the country under its auspices. Through the privilege system, we offer them a clear growth trajectory within this large community and make the reward process as transparent as possible. We intend to consistently strengthen the prestige of the 'Knowledge' lecturer and expand opportunities for holders of this status. To this end, we invite a wide range of partners into the privilege system: government bodies, commercial, non-profit, and public organizations interested in the development of educational activities in Russia," said Maxim Dreval, General Director of the Russian Society "Knowledge."

Student participants have access to certificates for educational activities: for accounting teaching practice hours or for nomination for an increased state academic scholarship.

Each lecturer can track their ranking in the privilege system through a personal account. There, they can also familiarize themselves with available privileges and submit an application for their receipt.

The pilot testing of the privilege system has already taken place. It involved 2,683 lecturers from all regions of Russia. From January 1 to May 31, they conducted 4,754 presentations for 125,000 people. The most educational lectures were held in the Rostov region (345), Moscow region (273), Chuvash Republic (220), Volgograd region (228), and Kemerovo region (197). One pilot participant showed an extraordinary result—153 presentations in six months.

Let us remind you that starting in 2025, the national project "Youth and Children," commissioned by President Vladimir Putin, began operating in Russia, fulfilling tasks previously outlined in the national projects "Education," "Science and Universities." The national project aims to create opportunities for the development of talents and self-realization of young people, fostering responsible and highly moral individuals. At the center of the national project are the construction and renovation of schools, upgrading teachers' qualifications, creating new teaching methodologies, and comfortable learning conditions. Special attention is given to supporting talented youth, including young specialists.

The national project includes nine federal projects and programs: "Russia—a Land of Opportunities," "We Are Together," "Russia in the World," "All the Best for Children," "Leading Schools," "Teachers and Mentors," "Creating a Network of Modern Campuses," "Universities for the Generation of Leaders," "Professionalism."
