      The largest bank and the main railway carrier in the country have agreed to expand social assistance for employees. The agreement on strategic partnership was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by the General Director - Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Russian Railways" Oleg Belozyorov and the President - Chairman of the Board of VTB Bank Andrey Kostin.

      The parties intend to jointly develop projects in three areas. The first is assistance to young specialists and career guidance.
