Mingrad approved the appearance of the residential complex near Nizhny Novgorod airport.

      On June 6, 2026, at 07:30, the Ministry of Urban Development and Agglomeration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of five apartment buildings as part of a new residential complex in the Avtozavodsky District. The orders have been published on the agency's website.

      The construction will be located 15 meters west of house No. 48A on Paryshevskaya Street. All buildings will be four stories high and will belong to low-rise multi-apartment residential development. They will be built by LLC "Alphakapstroy."

      Building No. 1 will be constructed on a plot of 7,747 square meters. The construction area will occupy 1,568.5 square meters. The total area of the building will be 5,468.38 square meters. It will include integrated public purpose premises.

      Building No. 2 will be located on a plot of 8,396 square meters. The construction area will be 1,568.5 square meters, and the total area of the building will be 5,468.38 square meters. The building will include integrated premises for a preschool institution.

      Building No. 3 will be built on an area of 7,409 square meters. The construction area will be 1,568.39 square meters, and the building will have a total area of 5,505.51 square meters.

      Building No. 4 will be erected on a plot of 6,596 square meters. The construction footprint will be 1,568.39 square meters, and the total area of the building will be 5,505.51 square meters.

      Building No. 5 is planned for an area of 6,965 square meters. The construction area will be 1,568.39 square meters, and the total area will be 5,505.51 square meters.

      Recall that in the summer of 2023, it became known that a residential complex consisting of five buildings is planned to be built on a plot of 3.85 hectares near the Nizhny Novgorod airport. One of the buildings will include a kindergarten for 46 children, and the project also includes parking for 177 cars and landscaping of the area.
