The controller of the Nizhny Novgorod meat processing plant suddenly died at his workplace.

      On June 5, 2026, at 11:32, Incidents: The checkpoint controller of OJSC "Dzerzhinsky Meat Processing Plant" felt unwell and died at his workplace. This was reported by the press service of the State Labor Inspection in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The tragedy occurred on the morning of June 4. On his way to the checkpoint, the 50-year-old man began to slow down and sway, then suddenly leaned to the side and fell. His colleagues lifted him, took him to the hall, and called for an ambulance. While it was on the way, the controller lost consciousness and stopped showing signs of life. Arriving medical staff confirmed the worker's death. The State Labor Inspection has initiated an investigation into the accident. Specialists will determine the causes and circumstances of what happened.
