MTS and Cian have agreed to jointly combat phone scammers.

      On June 5, 2026, at 12:24, MTS and Cian agreed to cooperate in the field of combating telephone fraud. The corresponding agreement was signed by the parties at the 29th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

      As part of the partnership, Cian will use MTS's technological solutions to protect users from unwanted and fraudulent calls. This includes calls from virtual, disposable, and spoofed numbers.

      Every incoming call to the platform user will be analyzed in real-time. The system will evaluate the call based on a number of parameters and, depending on the result, will decide whether to allow or block it.

      The companies note that the problem of spam calls and telephone fraud remains relevant for users of real estate services. The new collaboration aims to reduce the number of such calls and enhance the security of the platform's clients.
