The project for another house on the embankment of the Rowing Canal has passed the examination.

      June 4, 2026 09:24 Economy The project for the construction of an apartment building with integrated public facilities and an integrated parking lot has received a positive conclusion from a non-governmental expert review. This is reported in the State Register of Real Estate.

      The project concerns a facility planned to be built on the embankment of the Rowing Canal. The developer is the specialized developer "Level Volga." The expert review of the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys was conducted by LLC "Prommash Test Expertise." The project was prepared by LLC "IBS Expertise."

      Recall that in July 2025, the company LLC "Level Up," part of the Moscow development group Level Group, signed an agreement for the comprehensive development of the area near the embankment of the Rowing Canal. As part of the KRT project, approximately 47,000 square meters of housing is planned to be built in this area, the creation of a modern landscaped embankment that will connect the Rowing Canal with the city center, as well as the formation of public spaces, social and sports infrastructure, and a hotel.

      In addition, the investor intends to build a school for 550 students and a kindergarten for 200 children at their own expense. The completion of the entire project is scheduled for 2040, while the school and kindergarten are planned to be put into operation by 2030.

      Additionally, another comprehensive development project is being implemented on the Rowing Canal. It is led by the construction company "Bereg," which is part of the Glorax Group. Previously, the project documentation for the construction of apartment building No. 1 also received a positive conclusion from a non-governmental expert review, and prior to that, a construction permit was issued.
