Evgeny Lyulin met with students of the Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

      On June 4, 2026, at 14:27, Society At the National Research University of the Presidential Academy, a meeting took place between the speaker of the regional parliament, Evgeny Lyulin, and students of the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management. Meetings with representatives of the regional government are held at the initiative of the director of the university, Ekaterina Lebedeva.

      "The guests are chosen by the students themselves through voting. Such meetings are a great opportunity for career guidance and finding answers to questions about future employment. They help to learn more about the requirements of potential employers in the public sector, understand which competencies and personal qualities are prioritized," emphasized the director of the university, Ekaterina Lebedeva.

      Evgeny Lyulin began the meeting by discussing parliamentarism and legislative activity, highlighting the importance of initiatives coming from the Youth Parliament. He provided examples of already adopted laws: payments to young specialists in rural areas of up to 2 million rubles, amendments to the law on environmental safety, the establishment of the Matryona Volskaya medal for contributions to patriotic education, as well as a bill to combat hogweed, which has passed its first reading.

      Students asked many questions: about voter turnout, how factory experience helped the speaker in his career. Evgeny Lyulin shared that 36 years of experience in production became a school of life for him: it was about the psychological climate in the team, managing a large team, and overcoming difficulties. He also shared that he wakes up every day at 5:30 and goes for a run. And he emphasized: to achieve goals, one must constantly learn.

      During the meeting, other important topics were discussed: student mortgages, management skills, the ability to work in a team, and even family relationships. The chairman of the Legislative Assembly noted that he considers the birth and upbringing of children a priority.

      Separately, Evgeny Lyulin emphasized the special connection between the regional parliament and the Presidential Academy: almost every third minister in the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region, many deputies, and staff members are graduates of this university.

      "Our cooperation with the Presidential Academy is not just a partnership between two structures, but a real career lift for the region. Together, we are nurturing future managers who are already involved in legislative work today.
