Nizhny Novgorod region plans to raise 20 billion rubles through the issuance of bonds.

      June 3, 2026 10:20 Economy The Ministry of Finance of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has announced a selection of organizations to provide services for the placement of state bonds of the region for 2026. The information was published on the state procurement portal.

      This concerns the issuance of a bond loan with a total nominal volume of 20 billion rubles. The nominal value of one bond will be 1,000 rubles, with a maturity period of 3 years and 14 days. The securities will be state registered documentary securities with mandatory centralized storage of the global certificate.

      The selection will take place in the form of a request for information from at least 20 financial organizations that hold leading positions in the volume of placement of internal loan bonds according to the "Sbonds" system data for 2025. The acceptance of applications for participation in the selection will last until June 10.

      The placement must be carried out under the conditions most favorable for the region, ensuring the full placement of the issue among a wide range of investors. At the same time, the customer reserves the right to reduce the volume of the loan or to refuse to place it completely or partially.

      The initial maximum price of the contract is 20 million rubles. Financing is provided from the regional budget. The provision of services will last from the moment of signing the contract until December 25, 2026.
