The driver of the "Niva" fatally hit a pedestrian in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On June 1, 2026, at 20:53, an accident occurred in Nizhny Novgorod resulting in a fatality. This was reported by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The accident happened on Relsovaya Street near house No. 4. According to preliminary data, the driver of a "Niva" vehicle hit a woman who was crossing the road at an unapproved location. The driver was a 30-year-old man. The woman died at the scene from her injuries. Currently, police officers are establishing all the details and circumstances of the incident.
