The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the party Boris Gryzlov added that the preliminary voting of "United Russia" completes the first stage of a large electoral campaign. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, more than 150,000 people voted. The most active voters are in the Krasnobakovsky district, Sarov, and the Pilninsky municipal district.
