This is stated in a resolution on the city administration's website. The building in question is a two-story wooden structure located at 8 Batumskaya Street. Previously, this apartment building was recognized as emergency and subject to demolition. Along with it, a plot of land that is in shared ownership of the property owners is being expropriated for municipal ownership. After the construction department organizes an assessment of the market value of the property and possible losses, agreements for buyout will be sent to the owners. It was previously reported that the project for apartment building No. 1-B in Karavaikha on Gagarin Avenue passed a non-governmental examination.
