Details were reported by healthcare specialist Alexey Nikонов. The young woman shared in her blog the problems faced by both medical workers and patients. She did not disclose names or hospital titles; however, the management did not appreciate her creativity, and the employee was dismissed in one day. Nizhny Novgorod doctors were surprised by this outcome, partly because they themselves often run their social media accounts, showcasing what happens at work or sharing cases from practice.

      The surprise and outrage of the medics is understandable. There are millions of such videos online. This is a new culture and language of communication among Zoomer doctors, where sarcasm coexists with kindness; it is a way to let off steam, nothing more. Media-active doctors need to seek and find points of mutual interest; such self-expression will only increase, and the tactic of "shutting everything down and stifling it" is a losing strategy, believes Alexey Nikонов.
