The project for the construction of a multi-apartment building with underground parking in Karavaikha has passed the examination.
May 29, 2026 10:54 Economy The project for apartment building No. 1-B in the "Karavaikha" microdistrict in the Priokskiy district of Nizhny Novgorod has received a positive expert conclusion. This is reported in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRZ).
The construction involves a building with public purpose premises and an underground parking lot on Gagarin Avenue, land plot 124. The developer is LLC "Atlant," which is part of the GC "Karkas Monolit." The technical customer is LLC "Guarantee of Quality NN." The project documentation was prepared by LLC "Unicom," JSC "Nizhny Novgorod Trust of Engineering and Construction Surveys," LLC Certification Center "Tatsert," and LLC "GRAPHITE-PRO."
The examination of the project documentation was conducted in a non-governmental form. The positive conclusion was issued by LLC "Prommash Test Expertise" (Moscow).
The architectural appearance of the multi-story building was approved by the Ministry of Urban Development and Agglomeration Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in December 2025. In January 2026, the regional Ministry of Construction issued a construction permit. It was reported then that the building would have a variable number of floors - from 14 to 18 levels. The total area will be 24,900 square meters.
In addition to apartments, the building will include public purpose premises. The project also includes an underground parking lot and seven additional parking spaces in the open area.
The adjacent area is planned to be landscaped: children's and sports playgrounds, relaxation areas for adults, as well as a separate area for placing bulky waste.
