      According to our information, an explosion occurred around 6:30. Residents of nearby houses were awakened by the loud noise, and cars parked outside "roared." A black column of smoke was visible in the sky, which soon disappeared. Initially, fire crews arrived at the regional court. But this is not surprising, as the fire station is located across the road from the court. Following them, the National Guard and an ambulance arrived (just in case). Preliminary reports indicate that there are no casualties.

      After some time, traffic police arrived and blocked the passage between the court and a residential building. Onlookers were asked to stop filming, but no one reacted. Then law enforcement demanded that people leave the area near the court. People moved to the yards. "We are not allowed into the building," a court employee said sadly. Later it became clear that all hearings for today had been canceled.

      Around 9 a.m., official information about the incident was released. It was provided in his MAX channel by Governor Gleb Nikitin. Then Mayor Yuri Shalabaev commented on the situation. According to him, there was no fire. The drone attack was also reported in Kstovo since the night.

      Currently, the area is cordoned off. Emergency services are working.
