The building is located on Piskunov Street and has the status of a cultural heritage site of regional significance. The total area of the structure is 1,708.60 square meters. The starting price of the lot is 132,600,000 rubles. The seller is GPB Bank (JSC). It is worth recalling that the communal house began construction in the early 1930s according to the project of architect Vladimir Medvedev. The building is an ensemble of several residential blocks connected by suspended walkways on the second and fifth floors. The complex also includes separate communal blocks.
