Seven investment projects worth 589 million rubles have been approved in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      On May 26, 2026, at 18:58, the Economy Council for Land and Property Relations under the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the allocation of plots for seven investment projects with a total investment of 589.2 million rubles. The meeting took place on May 26, 2026, chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government, Arthur Batursky.

      As part of the projects, it is planned to create more than 200 jobs.

      In particular, two plots in Dzerzhinsk have been approved for the construction of buildings for the production of block boxes and industrial gas chromatographs. The investor is LLC "Chromos Engineering." The area of the plot will be 9,999 sq. m, with an investment volume of 160 million rubles, and the project implementation period is five years.

      A plot in the city of Bor has also been approved for the construction of a plant for the production of shipbuilding products. The project is being implemented by LLC "Sphere Technologies" on an area of 17,900 sq. m. Investments will amount to 112.4 million rubles, with a three-year implementation period.

      Additionally, the council approved the provision of land plots for a trailer manufacturing enterprise and a workshop for the production of decorative concrete panels for housing construction.

      Since the beginning of 2026, the council has approved investment projects worth approximately 20 billion rubles. Within the framework of these initiatives, about 1,200 jobs are expected to be created.

      The Nizhny Novgorod Region ranks second in the National Rating of the Investment Climate by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

      It is worth noting that since 2025, support for enterprises and businesses has been provided within the framework of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy," implemented at the direction of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

      Investors can apply for land plots through the "Investor's Personal Account" on the website of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The service was created as part of the lean project "End-to-End Investment Flow" aimed at reducing project implementation times and decreasing the number of requested documents at all stages.
